About Us

Adopt-The-Highway Companies of America started business in June, 1994 in Capitola, California.  Currently, the company operates in Arizona, California, Nevada and Washington in addition to working with several cities in these various states.

The business is family owned and operated.  Tony Decker Jr. is president and oversees Southern California and Southern Nevada.  Mark Decker manages Northern California and Northern Nevada.  Tony Decker Sr. and  Kevin Clifton, the company’s Marketing Director,  direct the Arizona and  Washington operations.  Joan Decker is the Office Manager for California and Trina Decker is the Office Manger for the other 3 states.  All principals are involved in both the sales and the service ends of the business.

Our business theme is:  Response – Resolve –Responsibility.  The owners of the company are accessible to all customers and we are quick to respond to requests and problems and resolve issues immediately.  We take responsibility for our work and our customers’ requirements are a priority.  We take pride in the quality of our work and we offer the experience to back up our claims.  Three of our field crew chiefs have been with our company for 11, 10 and 7 years respectively.

We look forward to working with new prospects to participate in the Adopt-A-Highway program.
